Buzzy Party (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is owned and operated by Mahmoud Hamed. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how data is collected, used, and shared when you use the Buzzy Party mobile application (the “App”).

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of data:

Contact Information

• Name: Provided during account creation, profile setup, or retrieved from your social login provider.
• Email Address: Used for account login, communication, and support (this may be retrieved from your Apple or Google Sign-In).
• Phone Number: Collected for account verification, login, or support purposes.
• Contacts: Access to your device's contact list (with your explicit permission) to help you find friends within the App.
• Third-Party Authentication Data: If you choose to log in using Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information from these providers to create and authenticate your account.

User Content

We may collect and store content created or uploaded by users, including:

• Profile Images and Photos: Used for your profile picture or in-game purposes.
• Voice Records and Audio: Voice notes recorded using your device's microphone to communicate with other users.
• Custom Content: Custom stickers, custom questions, usernames, chat messages, and other content submitted through the Service.
• Gameplay Content: Game actions, scores, wins, losses, and in-game interactions.

Friends System and Social Interactions

Since Buzzy Party is heavily social, we may process friend relationships, game invitations, room participation, leaderboard information, and gameplay interactions to provide multiplayer functionality.

Usage Data

• Product Interaction: Screens viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.

Location Data

• Coarse Location: We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, but third-party services like Firebase and Google AdMob may collect your coarse location (e.g., based on your IP address) for analytics and regional ad targeting.

Identifiers and Device Information

• Device ID: Collected for analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Push Notification Tokens: We collect device tokens to send you push notifications for game invitations, messages, and alerts.

Advertising Data

• Ad impressions, clicks, and attribution data collected through Google AdMob.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain core app functionality.
• To enable gameplay features, leaderboards, and statistics.
• To analyze usage and improve app performance (Firebase Analytics).
• To display ads and measure advertising effectiveness (Google AdMob).
• To communicate with users regarding accounts and support requests.

Tracking

Some data (such as Contact Info, Usage Data, User Content, and Advertising Data) may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, primarily for advertising and analytics purposes.

Tracking is performed only where permitted by applicable laws and platform policies, including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics – analytics and performance monitoring.
• Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting and stability monitoring.
• Google AdMob – advertising and monetization.
• Apple In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing – payment processing (we do not store payment or credit card information).

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only:

• With service providers necessary to operate the App.
• To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the App and its users.

Children’s Privacy

Buzzy Party is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@buzzyparty.com to request data deletion.

The App may appear with a general age rating (such as 3+ or 4+) because it contains no adult or violent content; however, usage is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
